We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, hard working, decisive and self-motivated individual to perform the tasks of a Senior Producer.
The role will include managing a core creative team of 12 (designers and developers), sourcing and managing freelancers, dealing directly with clients, providing quotes, reacting to new business queries, giving business presentations, and giving input into concepts and creative solutions, amongst other tasks. You will be working closely with the 2 Creative Directors and your strategic and creative input and competence on projects will be sought.
Your background:
You have a 4- 5 years’ experience working as an account handler / project manager / producer (preferably a mixture of all three) in a creative environment, like design, media, communications, marketing, PR, TV, or advertising.
A degree level qualification is an advantage but not a requirement.
Your skills and knowledge:
You know what makes a successful brand.
You understand the role of design in relation to marketing and brand identity.
You have experienced a full life-cycle of a digital project numerous times.
You understand the technology behind making online media and can converse with developers to a medium level of tech-speak.
You are aware of how a content management system works, and how this affects the design interface
You know how to decode a complex marketing-speak brief into a clear brief for the design team.
You are able to keep the team focused on what is most important in getting their job done, and handle all client politics without getting them involved.
You can write a cracking email, and are good on the phone.
You know how to develop good client relations, ensuring a high level of repeat business.
You can quote and negotiate design services for digital interactive media, broadcast and print that are financially beneficial to the agency and sympathetic to the client’s requirements.
You can work across multiple projects at once.
You have experience working in a team of people from different disciplines.
You create a working environment that encourages and safeguards creative expression, balanced with an ability to get a project delivered, on time and on budget.
You have an ability to adapt your communication style to suit a wide variety of clients.
You are aware of or have dealt with software such as Flash, Final Cut, Avid, After Effects, Photoshop, Maya, 3D Studio Max.
You know that this industry requires long hours and hard work, but you will do your best to help us avoid working all night or on weekends.

We are looking for an equally energetic, enthusiastic, hard working, decisive and self-motivated individual to perform the tasks of a Studio Manager.
The role will include various administrative tasks, such as reception duties, answering and filtering calls, assisting the 2 Creative Directors on ad hoc projects, filing VAT returns every quarter, and generally looking after the smooth running of the studio.
Your background:
You have a minimum of one year's experience working as an office manager or PA in a creative environment, such as design, media, communications, marketing, PR, TV, or advertising.
A degree level qualification an advantage but not a requirement.
Your skills and knowledge:
You have demonstrative knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and preferably File Maker Pro and can happily adapt to PC or Mac.
You are familiar with Sage.
You enjoy technology, you have shopped online and you are keen user of the internet, email, instant messaging and SMS.
You can put together and manage schedules.
You must be good with numbers and preferably you have done invoicing and invoice chasing in the past.
You’re a good researcher.
You have experience working in a team of people from different disciplines and are good at liaising with both internal staff and external suppliers.
